The Export Manager oversees day-to-day export operations, including managing international orders, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and preparing documentation. The role involves identifying and developing new international markets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and key accounts, and monitoring sales performance across regions. The Export Manager collaborates with sales, production, and finance teams to plan inventory for export, forecast demand, and align business plans with company objectives. Regular tasks include analyzing market trends, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting promotional activities to grow exports of snack food products and beverages.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Export operations and International Trade, including documentation, regulatory compliance, and logistics coordination.Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Business Planning to develop market-entry strategies, forecast demand, and support long-term growth.Candidates should possess skills in Sales, with experience in generating leads managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets in global markets.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple markets simultaneously.Prior experience in FMCG or food and beverage exports is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in international business are an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with export management systems; knowledge of global trade regulations and incoterms is preferred.
