Export Manager - GCC

With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, FRUIT Formulations is committed to creating value and supporting the growth of customers in domestic and international markets.Key Accountabilities:a) Find and develop customers, importers and distributors in GCC markets.b) Understand customer needs and coordinate samples, trials and customer approvals.c) Prepare quotations within approved prices, margins and payment terms.d) Coordinate export documents and delivery. Confirm product readiness and delivery dates with the responsible teams before making commitments.e) Follow up payments, resolve customer issues and secure repeat orders.f) Keep customer records, sales forecasts and next steps updated. Raise risks early.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):a)Export sales and gross margin against agreed targets.b)New customers and repeat orders.c)Samples and trials converted into orders.d)Payments collected on time.Targets agreed with the reporting manager and reviewed monthly.Additional functions of the job holder:a)Share market updates and protect company and customer information.b)Seek approval for prices, credit, exclusivity or other commitments outside agreed limits.Fundamental Requirements/Qualificationsa)Typically 6-10 years in B2B food-ingredient exports, with a record of winning customers. GCC experience strongly preferred.b)Food Technology or Food Science qualification preferred; equivalent relevant experience welcome.c)Experience with fruit, dairy, beverage or bakery ingredients is useful.d)Good customer communication, pricing, export documentation and payment-term knowledge.e)Good English, Excel and sales reporting skills; willing to travel. Arabic is an advantage.
