Export Manager - International Export

Job Description:Role:The Export Manager – Rockwool will be responsible for developing and managinginternational business for Rockwool (Stone Wool/Mineral Wool) insulation productsacross global markets. The role involves export sales, market development, distributormanagement, project sales, customer relationship management, export operations,and strategic business expansion.The incumbent will drive export revenue growth by identifying opportunities inconstruction, industrial insulation, HVAC, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, marine, andinfrastructure sectors.● Identify and develop new export markets for Rockwool and mineral woolinsulation products.● Establish relationships with distributors, insulation contractors, EPCcompanies, consultants, OEMs, traders, and project developers.● Develop and implement export growth strategies for assigned regions.● Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customerrequirements.● Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.● Develop market-entry plans for new countries and regions.Responsibilities:● International Sales & Strategy : Develop and execute regional export salesplans, targeting B2B clients, distributors, and contractors across theconstruction and industrial insulation sectors.● Collaborate closely with Supply chain Teams, freight forwarders, and customsbrokers to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery● Analyze global economic trends, competitor landscapes, and internationalbuilding regulations to identify new business opportunities● Expand business presence in target markets including Europe, Middle East,North America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Australia.● Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and problem-solving skills tonavigate complex, global environments.Qualifications and Skills:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, InternationalBusiness, or Supply Chain Management.● Experience: 10+ years of experience in international logistics, exportmanagement, or global sales (experience with building materials ormanufacturing is a plus).● Skills: Strong understanding of customs regulations and international tradecompliance.● Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-culturalcommunication skillsLocation: Bengaluru / Gurugram
