Position: Export Manager - OceanCompensation: $ 52000-62000 annually, depending on experience

You’ll play a key role in managing ocean export processes, improving service delivery, and helping grow a fast-paced procurement segment within the organization.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Oversee export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collectionsCoordinate shipping details, customs declarations, and routing requirementsManage import and export arrangements and related compliance needsSupport customer service and recommend process improvementsLead supervisory responsibilities within established company policiesHelp drive growth within the procurement segmentResolve customer issues professionally and efficientlyRequired Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, Finance, or Economics5+ years of procurement experience5+ years of supervisory or management experienceExperience handling export and import logistics processesStrong communication skills across multiple levels of an organizationProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessHighly organized with strong attention to detailNice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience working with ocean export operationsBackground in customs or trade complianceExperience in a fast-paced, service-driven environmentAbility to support process improvements and growth initiativesFamiliarity with licensing, tariffs, and shipping restrictionsPerks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information: The organization is currently not set up for contract services.Sponsorship is not available at this time.Role requires a professional who can work well under pressure.Position supports a growing team in a fast-paced environment.If you are interested in learning more about the Export Manager - Ocean opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
