Can you keep freight moving when plans change?We're working with a well-established international freight forwarder with over 30 years of success and a global network spanning more than 100 offices across 30 countries.Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Export Sea Freight Operations Coordinator to join the team. The RoleYou'll take ownership of sea freight shipments, ensuring cargo moves efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.Responsibilities include:Managing FCL and LCL sea freight shipments.Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and customers.Preparing and checking shipping documentation.Coordinating customs clearance.Monitoring vessel schedules and keeping customers informed.Arranging deliveries and resolving any shipment issues.Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in Sea Freight Exports.Knowledge of FCL and LCL shipments.Excellent communication and customer service skills.The ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.Why Join?This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, established freight forwarder where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own shipments while becoming part of a supportive and experienced team.If you enjoy problem-solving, working in a busy environment and keeping cargo moving across the globe, we'd love to hear from you.
