Applicants can expect to join an established, growth-oriented organization focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Export Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, supporting the export sales team in managing international customer accounts. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating order processing from receipt to dispatch, and maintaining accurate documentation for export shipments. The role involves regular follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, correct order execution, and adherence to export regulations. The Export Sales Assistant will assist with preparing quotations, tracking shipments, updating sales and logistics records, and generating basic reports for management. Collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams is required to maintain smooth export operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.Qualifications Experience in International Business and Export operations, including familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and incoterms.Skills in Customer Follow-Up and Order Management to handle inquiries, track orders, and maintain strong client relationships.High Level of Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure error-free export processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP or CRM systems.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field; relevant experience in export or sales support is preferred.Knowledge of chemical or manufacturing industry products and safety standards is a plus.
