We are seeking passionate individuals who are doers to join our dynamic team in Dubai.Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to develop international markets, appoint capable distributors and drive sustainable export business.Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new international markets and distributors.• Generate qualified leads and convert them into active business.• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.• Develop existing distributors and ensure repeat business.• Prepare market, competitor and pricing intelligence.• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Regulatory teams.• Ensure timely collections and maintain commercial discipline.• Maintain regular sales pipeline, forecast and CRM reporting.• Support international exhibitions, distributor meetings and market visits.Key KPIs• Export sales target achievement• New markets activated and new distributors appointed• Sales pipeline, conversion and repeat business• Collection performance• Margin and pricing discipline• Forecast and reporting accuracy• Distributor performanceCandidate Profile• Proven experience in export sales or international business development.• Experience in perfume, fragrance, beauty, cosmetics or FMCG preferred.• Strong distributor-management and negotiation skills.• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of sales, pricing and margins.• Willingness to travel internationally when required.• Strong communication, follow-up and reporting discipline.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience and capability.Annual Sales Incentive: Performance-based incentive at year-end, subject to achievement, discussion and management approval.Our Expectation:Develop Markets -> Build Distributors -> Generate Sales -> Ensure Collection -> Create Repeat Business -> Scale
