Export Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAECompensation:Salary AED 12,000 to 17,000 per month We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive business growth across the MENA and African markets within the flexible-packaging industry.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven export-sales experience in the flexible-packaging industry.Currently based in the MENA region, with strong knowledge of regional markets.Fluent in Arabic with strong professional communication skills in English.Proven track record in developing business across MENA and African markets.Established customer relationships within the dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical and beverage sectors.Strong capabilities in new-business development, key-account management, commercial negotiation, margin management and payment collection.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across MENA and Africa.Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts.Lead commercial negotiations and ensure healthy margins.Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets.Monitor collections and maintain strong payment discipline.Conduct regular market visits and develop long-term customer partnerships.
