Export Sales Senior Manager

Interflour Vietnam is seeking an experienced Senior Export Sales Manager to lead and grow our export flour business across Asia.This is a strategic commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding regional markets, strengthening customer partnerships, and maximizing export business performance.

Job Description

Own and grow Interflour Vietnam's export flour business across Asia.Drive export sales, profitability, market expansion and customer development.Lead strategic pricing, commercial negotiations and distributor management.Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners.Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Technical Service and QA to ensure successful execution.Develop market insights and growth strategies that strengthen IFV's leadership position in regional export markets.What We're Looking For:8+ years of export sales/business development experience in B2B industries.Proven success in market expansion, distributor management and commercial negotiations.Experience in flour, food ingredients, commodities or FMCG manufacturing preferred.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and profitability.Fluent English and Mandarin communication.Leadership capability with experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
