📢 We’re Hiring | Export Sales SpecialistA well-established company in the Plastic Industry, operating since 1997, is looking for an experienced Export Sales Specialist to join our team.Working hours: 9 to 3Days off ;2days off Location: New Cairo Full-time Job Description:Manage international customers, distributors, and key accounts.Handle export inquiries, quotations, PIs, orders, and customer follow-ups.Follow orders from confirmation through production, shipment, and delivery.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, Customs, and Logistics teams.Prepare and verify export and shipping documentation.Follow up on shipments, ETD/ETA, delays, and customer requirements.Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, orders, and sales data.Build strong relationships with international customers and identify new sales opportunities.📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Fast and effective response to customer inquiries.Accurate quotations, PIs, and order processing.On-time shipment and delivery follow-up.Accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.Proper and timely export documentation.Effective handling of customer issues and escalations.Achievement of export sales and customer retention targets. **If your qualifications meet these criteria, kindly send your resume to +201228283222 and mention the job title "Sales" and expected net salary.
