External Merchandiser – Dubai Duty FreeAbout Kreol GroupKreol Group is a UAE-based consumer goods group of companies representing and distributing international and regional brands across the Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent.About the RoleKreol Travel Retail, the group's duty free division, is looking for an External Merchandiser to represent our brands at Dubai Duty Free in Dubai International Airport.You will be based on the shop floor, supporting sales, maintaining strong product visibility and availability, and acting as the link between Kreol Travel Retail, the Dubai Duty Free retail team, and passengers.What You’ll DoActively promote our brands to passengersDrive sales and support achievement of sales targetsEnsure products are well displayed, stocked and correctly merchandisedMonitor stock availability and highlight replenishment requirementsProvide regular feedback on sales, competitor activity and shopper trendsMaintain strong relationships with Dubai Duty Free staff Who You Should BePrevious Dubai Duty Free external merchandiser/promoter experience strongly preferredRetail, merchandising or sales experienceConfident, presentable and customer-focusedGood spoken English; additional languages are an advantageComfortable working airport retail shifts
