Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced EyeLit MES & Equipment Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for semiconductor manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in EyeLit MES, equipment integration, factory automation, and semiconductor manufacturing processes, with the ability to drive end-to-end automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, throughput, and production visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect scalable EyeLit MES solutions to support factory automation and smart manufacturing initiatives.Develop equipment integration frameworks that enable seamless communication between manufacturing systems and shop-floor equipment.Integrate EyeLit MES, equipment interfaces, PROMIS MES, and Advanced Process Control (APC) systems.Reduce manual touchpoints across lot processing workflows, from cassette placement to lot completion.Drive automation strategies to improve factory throughput, operational efficiency, and person-to-machine ratios.Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional and technical design specifications.Lead solution implementation, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support activities.Collaborate with manufacturing, process engineering, automation, and IT teams to ensure alignment with production objectives.Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards, manufacturing best practices, and quality requirements.Provide technical guidance and support for MES enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization initiatives.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and factory automation.Strong hands-on experience with EyeLit MES implementation and integration.Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and shop-floor automation.Experience integrating MES with manufacturing equipment, APC systems, and enterprise applications.Knowledge of equipment communication and integration standards such as SECS/GEM and factory automation frameworks.Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, WIP management, and lot processing.Experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, system design, UAT, and deployment.Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience with PROMIS MES and semiconductor factory automation initiatives.Exposure to Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and digital manufacturing technologies.Experience working in global semiconductor manufacturing environments.
