The team works closely with clients to optimize operations, strengthen market positioning, and drive sustainable business growth.Role Description The F&B & Retail Implementation Coordinator (Pre-opening) is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for coordinating all pre-opening activities for food and beverage outlets and retail stores, including timelines, checklists, and operational readiness. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with suppliers and contractors, overseeing setup of front- and back-of-house areas, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. The coordinator will support menu roll-out, staff onboarding coordination, and training logistics, while helping to implement service standards and operational procedures. The role also involves close collaboration with marketing and project teams to ensure a smooth launch and consistent brand experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with practical experience in F&B or retail operations.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Candidates should possess relevant Culinary Skills or understanding of kitchen workflows to support menu implementation and back-of-house setup.Candidates should possess organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple pre-opening tasks.Experience in F&B or retail pre-opening projects, including store or restaurant launches, is highly beneficial.Knowledge of basic health, safety, and hygiene standards within food and retail environments is an advantage.Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
