F&B Cost Control Manager

Cost Control Manager📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time📌 Experience: 3–5 Years🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and analyze food and beverage costs across multiple branches.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, stock audits, cost variances, and waste.
• Review recipe costing and analyze menu item profitability.
• Prepare and present periodic cost reports, KPIs, and recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise the cost control team and implement profitability improvement plans.🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cost control, preferably including supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational cost control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in multi-branch restaurant chains.
• Food & Beverage Cost Control Certificate or equivalent professional certification.
• Familiarity with ERP and POS systems.
• Experience in developing cost control procedures and improving profitability.
