If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, working with a fun and energetic team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Floor / Service Captain, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to our guests.You will work closely with the Front-of-House and kitchen teams to maintain service standards, respond to guests’ needs, and ensure every guest has an enjoyable dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and seat guests promptly and warmly, creating a positive first impressionFamiliarise yourself with the restaurant layout, menu items, promotions, and daily specials to assist guests confidentlyPrepare pre-operation and service stations to ensure the team is ready for serviceTake food and beverage orders accurately, including special requests and dietary requirementsEnter orders into the POS system and ensure all requests are clearly communicated to the kitchenRecommend menu items and beverages, and upsell where appropriateServe food and beverages according to service standards and the correct order sequenceCoordinate closely with the kitchen and Front-of-House team to ensure timely and smooth serviceProactively attend to guests’ needs, including clearing tables, refilling drinks, and taking additional ordersCheck in with guests throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to any concerns or requestsHandle guest feedback professionally and work with the Supervisor / F&B Manager to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfactionProcess and close bills accurately using the POS systemMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining, service, and pantry areas throughout operationsAssist with stocktaking, pantry organisation, and other operational duties when requiredFollow all food hygiene, workplace safety, and restaurant policies and proceduresSupport fellow team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environmentReport any accidents, incidents, or operational issues to management promptlyCarry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / ManagerWhat We’re Looking ForPassionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer servicePositive, energetic, and cheerful personality with a genuine interest in engaging with guestsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive service mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to guests’ needsResponsible, proactive, and willing to take initiativeAble to work independently while being a strong team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environmentGood grooming standards and professional personal presentationWilling to work shifts according to operational needs, including weekends and public holidaysFor FT candidates: Prior F&B or service experience is preferred, with bar or beverage service experience considered an added advantageFor PT candidates: No prior experience is required; training will be providedWhat We OfferFull-Time (FT)Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,700/month5 working days per weekPart-Time (PT)Salary: SGD 11.00 – SGD 15.00/hourFlexible weekday shifts, including Saturdays, subject to roster (minimum commitment of 3 days per week)Other BenefitsEmployee discountsShift allowanceTraining and professional development opportunitiesJoin our team and be part of a fun, energetic environment where great food, drinks, and hospitality come together.
