• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fine dining restaurants
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Previous international cruise line experience is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of premium F&B service standards and guest experience
• Genuine interest in international cuisines, gastronomy, wine, cocktails and global dining trends
• Exceptional customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, refined service manner and attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, high-end service
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
