Key Responsibilities Manage daily F&B operations and service standards. Supervise and develop F&B team members. Control food and beverage costs and operational expenses. Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction. Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Banquets, and other departments. Monitor quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. Support revenue growth and achieve departmental targets. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in the hotel industry. Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar managerial role. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and revenue management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Hotel experience is required.
