F&B Retail Leasing Manager (Emirati)

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead F&B retail expansion across Dubai. The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, securing suitable locations, building relationships with landlords and developers, and supporting new store openings.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess potential locations for new F&B outlets across Dubai.Lead site selection, including location visits, commercial assessments, and recommendations.Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements with landlords, developers, and retail partners.Conduct market research and feasibility studies covering customer demand, competition, footfall, and location costs.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, mall operators, and other key stakeholders.Prepare business cases and present expansion opportunities to management.Coordinate with internal teams to support lease approvals, store planning, and opening timelines.Monitor the retail market and identify opportunities that support the company’s growth strategy.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.At least 6 years of business development experience in F&B retail leasing and expansion.Proven experience in site acquisition and negotiating leases with landlords or developers.Strong understanding of Dubai’s retail market and the factors that make an F&B location commercially viable.Ability to conduct market assessments, evaluate site costs, and prepare business cases.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in Arabic and English.
