We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and service-minded Waiters, Waitresses and Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.Whether you're passionate about delivering great table service or creating the perfect drink behind the bar, you'll play an important role in bringing our restaurants and bars to life and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide friendly, attentive and professional service.Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Have a good knowledge of menus, beverages and promotions and confidently make recommendations.Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails in accordance with established standards, where applicable.Maintain tables, bars and service areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.Work closely with the kitchen, bar and fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.Follow food safety, hygiene and hotel service standards at all times.QualificationsPrevious Food & Beverage service experience, preferably within a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.For Bartenders, good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations is preferred.A warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.Good communication and interpersonal skills.A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.Ability to work effectively in a busy service environment.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.Additional InformationJoin the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah, the newest addition to the Radisson family and an exciting new destination in the heart of the emirate.
