Team members collaborate in a professional environment that values technical excellence, reliability, and long-term client relationships.Role Description The Fabrication Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing daily fabrication operations in the workshop or project site. This role coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks to fabrication teams, and monitors workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with specifications. The Fabrication Supervisor enforces quality and safety standards, inspects welding and fabrication work, and ensures compliance with relevant codes and procedures. The role involves guiding and supporting technicians, organizing training on fabrication methods and equipment, and collaborating with engineering and project management teams to resolve technical issues. The Fabrication Supervisor also maintains documentation related to production, quality control, and resource utilization to support continuous improvement.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.Candidates should possess Production Planning skills to manage schedules, resources, and workflow within the fabrication environment.Candidates should possess Welding knowledge and practical understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment.Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to develop technicians and promote best practices in fabrication.Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, fabrication, or a related field is preferred.Experience in fabrication supervision within construction, industrial, or engineering projects, ideally in the MENA region.Strong commitment to workplace safety, ability to interpret technical drawings, and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
