In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative facade engineering solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to project timelines and budgets. You will work on high-profile, complex projects across the region, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create cutting-edge building envelope systems that combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.Design and deliver facade and structural engineering solutions, including concept development, detailed design, documentation, analysis, specifications, and construction phase supportManage project planning and coordinate resources for assigned projects, ensuring efficient execution and quality outcomesPrepare comprehensive tender documentation, design specifications, and project deliverables that meet client requirements and local building codesProduce and coordinate facade engineering designs by liaising with internal design teams, architects, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integrationDevelop and maintain positive client relationships by conducting all work in a professional, transparent, and productive mannerAnalyze facade systems including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialist systems to optimize performance and cost-effectivenessSupport the team in problem-solving and innovation to advance facade engineering practices and deliver visionary solutionsQualifications Minimum 7 years of demonstrated professional experience in facade engineering or a similar role, ideally within a consultancy environmentProven experience working on facade projects, including curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and specialist facade systemsProficiency with relevant software and platforms such as REVIT, BIM, SpaceGass, or equivalent design toolsStrong knowledge of project management principles, including budget management, timeline adherence, and client requirement fulfillmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong time management and organizational abilitiesAnalytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance focus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with high-rise or complex facade systems in challenging environmentsFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian and GCC building codes, standards, and regulationsExperience in a multicultural and collaborative team environmentKnowledge of sustainable facade design and energy-efficient building envelope systemsProblem-solving expertise and innovative thinking in facade engineering solutionsProfessional engineering licensure or relevant certifications in structural or facade engineering
