The company uses modern mass-production techniques and fully in-house design, installation, and project management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization. CTI’s factory is organized into specialized divisions for aluminum, glass, metal, cladding, and powder coating, enabling high-quality, integrated façade systems. This structure supports the delivery of complex projects to exact client specifications and international standards.Role Description The Facade Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The individual will oversee façade projects from design coordination through fabrication, logistics, installation, and final handover, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating with design, production, logistics, and site teams, and liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and commercial issues. The role involves monitoring on-site installation quality, conducting inspections, preparing progress reports, and driving timely expediting of materials and equipment. The Facade Project Manager will also support risk management, change control, and continuous improvement of project processes within CTI’s façade operations.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and budget control for façade or construction projects.Experience in expediting processes, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting of materials, equipment, and documentation.Knowledge of Inspection practices, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant façade and construction standards.Experience in Logistics Management, including coordination of deliveries, site storage, and material flow to support installation activities.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience managing façade, curtain wall, or building envelope projects, preferably in the GCC region.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements, with strong attention to detail.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.Proficiency in project management and office software; familiarity with façade design or coordination tools is an advantage.
