Job Title: 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: Blufacade𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Madurai𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-TimeBlufacade is looking for an 2 to 3 experienced and dynamic Purchase Manager to lead procurement activities for our façade and construction projects.Mandatory skills required :✔ Purchase Managers / Procurement Managers with 2 -3 Years experience in Construction, Façade, Glazing, Cladding, Aluminum, Building Materials, EPC, or Infrastructure sectors.✔ Strong ERP knowledge and procurement process expertise.✔ Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:✅ Manage end-to-end procurement of façade, glazing, cladding, aluminum, and construction materials.✅ Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.✅ Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms.✅ Create, approve, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement workflows.✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Projects, and Site Teams to ensure material availability as per project schedules.✅ Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, and procurement timelines.✅ Control inventory levels and optimize stock availability to support uninterrupted project execution.✅ Ensure all procured materials comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.✅ Lead and manage procurement operations through the ERP system, including material planning, purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, goods receipt tracking, vendor management, inventory monitoring, MIS reporting, and procurement analytics to support project cost control and strategic decision-making.✅ Prepare procurement reports, track budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.Interested candidates can send their resume to hr.blufacade@gmail.com or 9345947002 DM directly.
