Facade Technical Detailer (Glazing & Aluminium)

Backed by the experience and architectural legacy of ARKI Group, we are committed to transforming spaces through innovative, flexible, and sustainable solutions that seamlessly combine functionality, performance, and design.Duties and responsibilities:· Develop comprehensive shop drawings, elevations, sections, and interface details for architectural aluminum and facade projects.· Prepare precise fabrication drawings, glass cutting sheets, and material take-offs (BOM/BOQ).· Model and coordinate facade components using BIM to ensure clash detection with structural and MEP elements.· Coordinate with project engineers and architects to resolve site coordination details and ensure compliance with project specifications.· Review architectural and structural consultant drawings to translate concepts into practical fabrication/installation details.

Requirements

· 5+ years in aluminum facade and architectural glazing systems (UAE/GCC experience preferred).· Strong experience in façade technical detailing, including curtain walls, aluminium doors/windows, skylights and canopies.· Good knowledge of thermal breaks, glazing, drainage, insulation, structural interfaces, and installation details.· Advanced AutoCAD 2D/3D – Mandatory; Revit/BIM experience preferred.· Experience in shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and glass cutting optimization is an advantage.· Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical drafting qualification.· A technical portfolio is mandatory; immediate joiners or short-notice candidates are preferred.
