About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead national maintenance and facilities operations across Ninja stores and supporting locations. The role will oversee regional maintenance teams, ensure operational continuity, and drive high standards of safety, service quality, and maintenance performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering5-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance and facilities managementProven experience in multisite maintenance leadership in Saudi ArabiaHands-on experience with CAFM implementationStrong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systemsStrong vendor and AMC management experienceExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple sites and respond effectively to operational escalationsKey ResponsibilitiesLead Area Maintenance Managers and oversee 24/7 reactive and planned maintenance operationsOwn national SLA, preventive maintenance, backlog, safety, vendor, and AMC performanceManage facilities services including cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines, waste, and related servicesImplement and optimize CAFM/FSM workflows for tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and SLA reportingEnsure proper store handovers, snag closure, asset records, and supplier warranty claimsManage operational priorities and maintenance spend in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and Cost ControlResolve major maintenance and operational escalationsWhat We're Looking ForA hands-on leader who can manage a large-scale maintenance operation, drive performance across multiple locations, and ensure reliable and safe facilities operations.
