Facilities Director (Riyadh/Makkah)

Job Objective:Lead and direct all facility operations, maintenance, security, and safety management while optimizing operational budgets and ensuring business continuity in compliance with top quality standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead facility operations, maintenance, and security teams.Oversee HVAC, MEP, and BMS systems.Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor SLAs/KPIs.Ensure compliance with HSE, Civil Defense, and local codes.Direct space allocation, office expansion, and renovation projects.Implement CAFM/CMMS systems for workflow tracking.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in engineering or FM (MBA preferred).Experience 20+ years in FM, 5+ years in Director/Managerial roles.Certifications: CFM, FMP, PMP, or EHS (OSHA/NEBOSH).
