About OSUS:Our journey began in 2006 in the city of Riyadh, driven by an ambitious vision to lead the next generation of commercial, residential, and mix-use real estate projects. Since then, we have continued to establish our presence as a developer redefining the concept of real estate development through projects rooted in integration, innovation, thoughtful design, and modern technological solutions that elevate the end-user experience, whether individuals or businesses. We believe that mix-use developments represent the future of urban planning. Guided by this vision, we create projects that merge urban functions into a one space, reshaping daily life in a more efficient and flexible way. We design vibrant destinations where living and working intersect, and where commercial and entertainment facilities harmonize within an integrated environment, fulfilling individual aspirations and supporting the growth of modern communities. At OSUS, we continue to build on this approach, inspired by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and committed to developing real estate solutions that elevate the urban landscape, meet the ambitions of individuals and investors, and align with the evolving nature of cities and future lifestyles.Responsibilities are not limited to:Manage and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities and maintenance schedules.Coordinate and follow up on corrective and reactive maintenance works.Manage maintenance activities through CAFM systems, including:Asset managementWork order managementPPM schedulingMaintenance records and reportingMonitor the operation and maintenance of MEP systems, including:HVAC systemsElectrical systemsPlumbing systemsFirefighting and fire protection systemsEnsure maintenance activities are completed according to required quality, safety, and operational standards.Coordinate with FM contractors, technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance issues and operational risks.Monitor equipment performance and recommend corrective or preventive actions.Prepare and review maintenance reports, asset records, KPIs, and service performance.Support effective asset lifecycle management and ensure proper maintenance documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.Previous experience working with Facilities Management (FM) companies or FM service providers is highly preferred.Strong practical knowledge of PPM, corrective maintenance, and reactive maintenance.Hands-on experience with CAFM systems and maintenance/work-order management.Strong knowledge of MEP systems operation and maintenance.Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills in English.
