This role is critical to preserving the highest standards of comfort, safety, and aesthetic quality across premium residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for high-net-worth residents, tenants, and guests.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building automation systemsConduct regular property inspections to ensure all mechanical, structural, and aesthetic elements meet luxury service standardsManage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespanCoordinate and supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and specialized techniciansEnsure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standardsRespond promptly to emergency maintenance requests with discretion and professionalism befitting a luxury environmentManage facilities budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising qualitySupport energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across propertiesMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment lifecycleCollaborate with property management, concierge, and hospitality teams to align facilities operations with resident/guest experience goalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end residential/commercial propertiesStrong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS/BAS)Relevant certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, CPMM, or local trade licenses) preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills for interacting with premium clienteleSkills:Facilities ManagementFacilities EngineeringBuilding Automation Systems (BAS)HVAC SystemsPreventive MaintenanceProperty ManagementLuxury Real EstateElectrical SystemsPlumbing SystemsFire & Life Safety SystemsVendor ManagementBuilding Codes & ComplianceEnergy ManagementSustainabilityBudget ManagementMechanical SystemsCMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Hospitality OperationsHealth & Safety RegulationsAsset ManagementRoot Cause AnalysisProject ManagementOSHA ComplianceReal Estate Operations
