This role is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure the reliability and safety of building systems and facilities. Daily tasks include handling general building maintenance, addressing plumbing issues, performing carpentry repairs, and coordinating with external vendors or contractors when needed. The specialist will respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot equipment and facility problems, and maintain accurate records of work performed. The role also involves following safety standards, supporting compliance with company policies, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth facility operations.Qualifications Strong Facility Management (FM) skills, including coordination of maintenance activities and oversight of building systems.Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Building Maintenance, focusing on routine inspections, servicing, and repair of facilities and equipment.Hands-on skills in Plumbing for installation, repair, and maintenance of water supply, drainage, and related fixtures.Practical Carpentry skills for doors, windows, partitions, furniture repairs, and minor structural adjustments.Ability to read and follow technical manuals, safety guidelines, and basic building drawings.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail when diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues.Capability to work safely with tools, equipment, and materials, adhering to health and safety regulations.Prior experience in facilities or building maintenance; vocational or technical training in a related field is an advantage.Basic computer skills for work order systems, reporting, and documentation.Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and vendors, and to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
