Hiring: Facilities Manager – Facilities ManagementWe are looking for an experienced Facility Management Manager to oversee operations across residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hard and soft FM services, leading operational teams, maintaining client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving operational excellence across all assigned sites.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily FM operations across multiple residential and commercial projectsEnsure delivery of services as per contract scope, SLA, and company standardsManage preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and outsourced servicesSupervise FM Engineers, Coordinators, Supervisors, and technical teamsMonitor operational performance, quality standards, and site readinessConduct client meetings, site inspections, and monthly performance reviewsHandle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolutionManage vendors and outsourced services including landscaping, pest control, façade cleaning, elevators, and pool maintenancePrepare operational reports, maintenance updates, KPI reports, and compliance documentationEnsure health, safety, and UAE regulatory compliance across all sitesSupport business development, mobilization, and onboarding of new projectsRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facility ManagementMore than 5 years of experience in Facilities Management operationsMinimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of hard services, soft services, BMS, and maintenance planningExperience managing multiple sites and large operational teamsProficient in CMMS/CAFM systems and FM softwareStrong leadership, communication, vendor management, and problem-solving skillsUAE driving license requiredFluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
