Facilities Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to establish, lead, and manage a new facility management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, business development, client relations, financial performance, and team management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:➤ Establish and manage day-to-day facility management operations.➤ Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies.➤ Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts.➤ Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance.➤ Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.➤ Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.➤ Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards.➤ Monitor service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives.➤ Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership. Qualifications & Skills:➤ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.➤ Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.➤ Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.➤ Proven experience in business development and team management.➤ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.➤ Strong financial planning and budget management abilities.➤ Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
