FACILITIES MANAGERISS | HPE Account | LondonLocation: 1 Aldermanbury Square, London EC2V 7HREmployment Type: Full-timeAre you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next opportunity in a high-profile corporate environment?ISS is looking for a confident and hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities services at HPE’s London office.THE ROLEYou’ll provide visible on-site leadership, managing the facilities team and service partners while building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.You’ll take ownership of day-to-day service delivery across maintenance, cleaning, security and workplace support, ensuring services are safe, compliant, efficient and consistently delivered to a high standard.This is a varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence the workplace experience, drive continuous improvement and deliver real value for both the client and ISS.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead day-to-day facilities operations across the HPE London office.Manage, coach and develop the on-site team, including multiple direct reports.Build strong relationships with HPE stakeholders, ISS colleagues, contractors and suppliers.Manage contractors and service partners, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.Monitor service performance and proactively resolve issues.Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices and cost control.Ensure statutory compliance, risk assessments, audits and operational records are maintained.Support business continuity and incident response, including participation in the on-call rota.Drive continuous improvement across service quality, efficiency, sustainability and workplace experience.Champion health, safety, environmental and ESG standards across the site.ABOUT YOUYou’ll ideally bring:Proven Facilities Management experience within a corporate office or complex workplace.Experience leading an on-site team with multiple direct reports.Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and FM best practice.Proven contractor and service partner management experience.Budget management and commercial awareness.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.A proactive, hands-on and solution-focused approach.Confidence using Microsoft Office and FM/workplace management systems.A recognised FM, Health & Safety or related qualification would be advantageous.WHY JOIN ISS?This is an opportunity to join a global facilities management organisation and take ownership of a high-profile HPE workplace in the City of London.If you’re a strong people leader who enjoys being visible on site, building trusted client relationships and delivering consistently high standards, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now to join ISS as Facilities Manager.
