Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our Entertainment Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities, attractions, and support infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, seamless, and exceptional guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all entertainment facilities, attractions, buildings, and infrastructure.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Manage third-party contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost efficiency.Monitor and control maintenance budgets, repairs, utility costs, and capital expenditure projects.Conduct routine facility inspections and implement corrective actions where required.Coordinate with Operations, Guest Experience, Security, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.Respond promptly to facility emergencies and operational issues.Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset management documentation.Lead, train, and develop the facilities and maintenance team to ensure high performance and service standards.Support project planning, renovations, and facility improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably within entertainment, leisure, hospitality, theme parks, or large-scale recreational venues.Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems.Proven experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
