Facilities Manager – VVIP Villas / Residential Portfolio (Arabic Speaker)We are currently supporting a client in Dubai who is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a prestigious VVIP Villas and Residential Portfolio.The ideal candidate will have:Strong experience managing both Hard and Soft FM servicesProven experience managing VVIP villas, luxury residences, or high-end residential portfoliosStrong knowledge of MEP, building maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, security, and specialist servicesExperience managing FM teams, contractors, and service providersExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalismFluent Arabic and English communication skillsThis is a senior, hands‑on role suited to someone who excels in delivering exceptional service within VVIP residential communities. Experience in managing luxury villas is essential, and candidates lacking this exposure will not be shortlisted.
