Facilities Officer - Arabic speaker

Job Title – Facilities Officer (Arabic Speaker)Type – Long Term ContractWork Location – SharjahIndustry - Real estate Developer Mandatory details/Skills-• Conduct monthly QA/QC and technical inspections across assigned residential communities, villas, and common areas.• Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, lifts, water tanks, pumps, lighting, building fabric, MEP assets, and amenities.• Verify PPM completion, workmanship quality, maintenance standards, and SLA compliance.• Conduct regular technical audits, identify defects, safety risks, and non-compliances, and ensure timely closure of observations.• Inspect beach villas, residential communities, retail units, and common facilities for technical, HSE, Fire & Life Safety, and maintenance compliance.• Monitor soft services, including housekeeping, landscaping, irrigation, waste management, pest control, and overall community cleanliness.• Monitor and evaluate contractor and service provider performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.• Raise, assign, monitor, and verify corrective work orders through the CAFM system and ensure timely closure.• Prepare and submit monthly QA/QC, technical audit, retail inspection, KPI, and non-compliance reports.• Coordinate with contractors, FM teams, service providers, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.• Support authority inspections, emergency situations, special maintenance projects, and site audits.• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, statutory regulations, contractual requirements, and community standards.• Demonstrate strong leadership and project management capabilities, particularly across developer-led projects, beach villa developments, and large residential communities. Key Skills Required• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Management.• 5–8 years of FM / QA-QC / MEP maintenance experience.• Strong experience in community management, residential communities, or beach/villa developments.• Developer-side / real estate project experience is highly preferred.• Strong knowledge of Hard & Soft FM, MEP, QA/QC, technical audits, PPM, and SLA monitoring.• Experience with CAFM systems, contractor management, and KPI reporting.• Good knowledge of UAE HSE and statutory requirements.• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
