Facilities Operations ManagerLocation: Santa AnaJob Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and operation of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping our building, equipment, and infrastructure safe, reliable, and running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesManage daily facility and maintenance operations.Lead and support maintenance and facilities staff.Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and other building systems.Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.Oversee custodial services and facility cleanliness.Manage the facilities budget and control costs.Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, fire, environmental, and building requirements.Support manufacturing operations and respond to facility issues as needed.Maintain maintenance records, inspections, permits, and equipment information.Recommend facility improvements and capital projects to leadership.Qualifications5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.3+ years of supervisory experience.3+ years of project management experience.Bachelor's degree preferred ( Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field)Strong knowledge of building systems and facility maintenance.Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, and projects.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.CMMS knowledgeMS Office skillsValid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Preferred: Experience in highly regulated industry is a strong plus.Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.ScheduleFull-time position. Occasional evenings, weekends, or after-hours response may be required for emergencies or business needs.
