Facilities Project Manager

Methodical Group, on behalf of its client located in the Washington DC Metro area, is on the hunt for the role of Facilities Manager. Reporting to the SVP of Facilities, you will provide operations and mechanical maintenance services for our client's facilities located throughout the area.You have:Recent experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for large buildings (~300K SF).Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), building automation systems, and CMMS.Proven track record of customer satisfaction.Experience in identifying and qualifying new vendors.You will:Manage the O&M of facilities, skilled trades, custodial and supporting staff, ensuring the same quality of service across all facilities.Monitor, train, evaluate, and guide facilities personnel.Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, and be knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of the mechanical systemsOversee the development of and implementation of PM plans and recommend predictive projects.Negotiate O&M contracts and manage relationships with vendors who service the managed buildings. being managed. Qualify new vendors.Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and repair parts for all equipment in the facilities.Inspect buildings, and equipment, noting and reporting need for repair and replacementsEnsure proper use of the CMMS contract.Regularly meet with customer to provide reports, contract requirements updates, etc.APPLY for immediate consideration.
