Company Description Majd Yanbu Industrial Company is a Saudi limited liability company established as a strategic 50/50 joint venture between Elsewedy Cables and Alfanar Electrical Systems. Based in Yanbu Industrial City, the company specializes in manufacturing high-purity copper rods to serve industrial and infrastructure needs across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.Job PurposeResponsible for managing and coordinating employee and labor accommodation and related support services, ensuring that accommodation facilities are safe, clean, properly equipped, and maintained in accordance with company standards and operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage labor accommodation operations, including room allocation, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy monitoring, and accommodation records.Ensure the availability, proper condition, and maintenance of accommodation facilities, furniture, equipment, and essential supplies.Coordinate and monitor daily catering and meal services based on the number and requirements of employees and labor residing in the accommodation.Supervise company cleaning staff, including task allocation, work schedules, attendance, performance, and cleanliness standards.Coordinate and follow up on maintenance works, repairs, and facility-related issues until completion and resolution.Monitor accommodation-related supplies, services, and costs to ensure efficient utilization of company resources.Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports related to accommodation, occupancy, cleaning, and catering services.Address accommodation-related requests, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with the relevant departments.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, industrial labor accommodation, residential compound management, or support services.Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Good command of the English language.Ability to work in an industrial and operational environment that requires field supervision, coordination, and multitasking.
