Facilities Technician

Job Summary:GTA Cars is looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across our showrooms and offices. This role includes responsibility for electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general repair work to ensure our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs across all GTA Cars facilitiesHandle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting issuesRespond promptly to service requests and breakdownsConduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or needed repairsAssist in setup and movement of furniture or fixtures as requiredCoordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized workMaintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedulesEnsure all work complies with safety standards and regulationsRequirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar roleSolid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systemsAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems independentlyPhysically fit and able to handle manual tasksFamiliarity with tools and equipment used in building maintenanceUAE experience and driving license is preferredBasic English communication skills (written and verbal)
