Facility Engineer

Awtad is currently seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team. As a Facility Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and improvement of our facilities. Your role will involve performing inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needsCoordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgradesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of our facilitiesCreate and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsIdentify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in facility operationsCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to coordinate facility-related projectsRespond to facility emergencies and resolve issues in a timely mannerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or a similar roleKnowledge of building systems and maintenance best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in speaking both Arabic and EnglishProficiency in computer applications related to facility managementKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standardsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusPaid Time Off
