Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.Ensure facilities, infrastructure, utilities and equipment are properly maintained and operational.Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Manage facility-related vendors, contractors and service providers.Supervise facility staff and ensure efficient allocation of manpower.Monitor maintenance activities, service contracts, budgets and operational expenses.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements.Maintain facility documentation, asset records, maintenance schedules and reports.Coordinate with internal departments to address operational and facility requirements.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and cost effectiveness.Manage facility-related issues, breakdowns and emergencies and ensure timely resolution.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, security and overall site upkeep.Support management with facility planning, improvements and infrastructure-related projects.
