The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive operational experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality facility services while improving efficiency and business performance.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Develop and execute facility management strategies aligned with business objectives.🔹 Oversee daily operations including maintenance, technical services, cleaning, security, and facility support functions.🔹 Lead, manage, and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence.🔹 Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.🔹 Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.🔹 Monitor service quality, operational KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.🔹 Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and operational efficiency.🔹 Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).🔹 Prepare strategic reports and provide recommendations to senior leadership.🔹 Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in facility operations.✅ REQUIREMENTS🎓 Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.💼 Proven experience as a Facility Management General Manager, FM Director, or senior operations leadership role.🏢 Strong knowledge of integrated facility management services and operational standards.📊 Experience managing large teams, budgets, contracts, and client relationships.🛠 Strong understanding of building operations, maintenance, and service delivery processes.🤝 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.📈 Strong business acumen with strategic planning abilities.🌍 Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.🛂 Valid UAE Employment Visa / Work Authorization Required.⚠️ Candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
