This role combines facility management inspection, project oversight, and urban planning coordination to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project excellence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining facility standards, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to urban planning guidelines across our portfolio of developments in the region.Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and assessments to evaluate compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and urban planning requirements specific to Saudi ArabiaDevelop and implement inspection protocols and checklists to standardize facility evaluation processes across all project sitesAnalyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports documenting deficiencies, recommendations, and corrective actionsCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and municipal authorities to ensure adherence to approved urban planning and facility management standardsMonitor facility maintenance schedules and verify completion of corrective actions within established timelinesMaintain organized documentation of all inspection records, compliance certifications, and regulatory approvalsCollaborate with the PMO to track project milestones and ensure facility-related deliverables align with project timelinesIdentify potential risks and non-compliance issues, escalating critical findings to senior managementParticipate in project planning meetings to provide facility management and urban planning expertiseStay current with evolving building codes, safety regulations, and urban planning policies in Riyadh and Saudi ArabiaQualificationsProven experience in facility management inspection or facility auditing (minimum 5+ years)Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirementsExperience with project management office (PMO) functions and project oversightFamiliarity with urban planning regulations and development standardsProficiency with facility management software and project management toolsCompetency in CAD software or building information modeling (BIM) systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive inspection reports and documentationExperience conducting site assessments and facility evaluationsKnowledge of quality assurance and quality control processesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersPreferred experience with projects in the Middle East or Saudi ArabiaFamiliarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local regulatory requirements
