Facility Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring that the building, services, spaces, suppliers, systems and daily workflows function smoothly every day.This role owns the operational execution of The Community and ensures that residents, coworkers, guests and event participants experience a safe, clean, well-maintained and efficient environment.The Facility Manager coordinates outsourced providers, manages check-ins and check-outs, supervises daily operations, ensures correct use of management systems, supports event logistics and resolves operational issues quickly and professionally.The ideal Facility Manager is highly organised, hands-on, calm under pressure and service-minded. They must be able to keep the building running smoothly while coordinating several outsourced providers and solving daily issues before they affect the member experience. This person should take pride in details, cleanliness, readiness, safety and operational consistency.Require experience:5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, hospitality, serviced apartments, residential operations, coworking, coliving, hotels or a related service environment.Strong knowledge of building operations, supplier coordination and maintenance workflows.Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance, security, IT and technical providers.Experience managing operational requests, complaints and incidents.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to react quickly without losing control.Experience using management software, booking systems, access control systems or operational tools.Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.Ability to manage multiple operational requests and priorities at the same time.Good communication skills with residents, members, suppliers and internal teams.Understanding of health, safety, access and service quality standards.Desirable experiene:Experience in Dubai / UAE.Experience in a pre-opening or start-up operational environment.Experience in coworking, coliving, serviced apartments or lifestyle hospitality.Technical understanding of smart building systems, access control, PMS or facility management platforms.
