Job Vacancy: Facility Managerat- Mousuni Beach Canvas ResortWe are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep and operations of our resort.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the housekeeping team and ensure proper work allocation.Oversee the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the resort, including guest areas and common spaces.Coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance activities.Ensure rooms, washrooms, outdoor areas, and resort facilities are properly cleaned and maintained.Supervise staff and ensure assigned duties are completed on time.Identify and coordinate repair and maintenance requirements.Regularly inspect the resort to ensure that everything is clean, functional, and well maintained.Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day resort operations.Handle operational issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.Take overall responsibility for the look, cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the resort.Candidate ProfileExperience in facility management, housekeeping supervision, hotel/resort operations, or a similar role preferred.Good team-management and coordination skills.Practical, responsible, and willing to be hands-on when required.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple day-to-day tasks.
