Facility Manager – Dog Hotel, Daycare & Training School | DubaiLocation: Dubai, UAE | Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are a growing UAE-based Pet Services Group offering dog boarding, daycare, training, grooming, veterinary care, transport, and other pet services.We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to lead the daily operations and overall performance of our Dog Hotel, Daycare & Training School in Dubai.🐕 Only candidates with direct experience in dog boarding, daycare, dog hotels, kennels, dog training, pet resorts, or similar pet-care operations will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the daily operations and overall performance of the facility.Lead, supervise, train, and develop handlers, trainers, and support staff.Ensure high standards of dog welfare, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and quality of care.Manage bookings, occupancy, staffing, schedules, service delivery, and customer experience.Handle customer concerns and ensure professional service recovery.Monitor KPIs, revenue, occupancy, costs, productivity, and profitability.Drive revenue growth through customer retention, service utilisation, and upselling.Manage inventory, equipment, maintenance, and other operational requirements.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and animal-care standards.Prepare operational reports and implement improvements to service quality, efficiency, and profitability.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant management experience in the pet-care/dog-care industry.Hands-on experience in dog hotels, dog boarding, daycare, kennels, dog training facilities, pet resorts, or similar operations.Strong practical understanding of dog handling, animal welfare, and pet-care operations.Proven team leadership and people-management experience.Experience managing KPIs, revenue, costs, productivity, and customer service.Strong communication, organisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on, accountable, commercially focused, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.Important – Please Read Before ApplyingThis is NOT a general building, property, office, or traditional facilities management position.We are specifically looking for a manager with direct and relevant dog/pet-care operational experience who can take full ownership of the facility, team, customer experience, animal welfare, service quality, and commercial performance.Candidates without relevant dog/pet-care experience will not be considered.Apply now if you have the relevant experience and are ready to lead a professional dog-care operation in Dubai.
