Facility Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facility Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facility ManagementSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registrationPMP or CFM certification is preferred10 years of overall experienceExperience managing integrated FM / O&M contracts in hospitals or healthcare facilitiesMinimum 5 years of the required experience in hospitalsKnowledge of CBAHI / JCI facility-management standardsKnowledge of MOH requirementsExperience with critical-area operations, including:ICUOperating Rooms (OR)Isolation Rooms

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of hard & soft FM services for the hospitalEnsure contract compliance and achievement of KPI/SLA performancePlanning and budgeting of O&M activitiesManaging manpower and subcontractorsManaging and utilizing CMMSCoordination with:Hospital administrationInfection control committeesSafety committeesPreparing monthly reports
