Facility Supervisor

About the RoleAs a Facility Supervisor at Rukita, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating facility-related services across Rukita properties, particularly Deep Cleaning, Gardening, and High-Risk Cleaning activities. This role requires someone who is highly mobile, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple teams and projects across Jabodetabek while ensuring work quality, safety, and operational standards are consistently maintained.You will also play an important role in leading the team, managing daily tasks and projects, conducting training, and ensuring high-risk and specialized cleaning activities are carried out safely and effectively.What You'll DoManage and supervise Deep Cleaning, Gardener, and High-Risk Cleaner operations.Oversee deep cleaning projects and the use of high-treatment materials.Manage task allocation, project execution, and team performance.Conduct regular site visits across Jabodetabek to monitor operational quality.Lead and provide guidance to on-ground teams.Conduct training and on-the-job coaching for the team.Ensure all high-risk activities comply with K3 and safety procedures.Maintain service quality and ensure projects are completed according to Rukita's operational standards.What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.Strong hands-on experience in deep cleaning projects, especially involving high-treatment materials.Experienced in managing and supervising multiple teams and operational tasks.Strong leadership, coordination, and task management skills.Comfortable working on-ground and highly mobile across Jabodetabek.Able to conduct training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to operational teams.Strong understanding of K3 and workplace safety, particularly for high-risk cleaning activities.K3 Ketinggian certification is required.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to respond effectively to operational issues in the field.
