About the RoleWe are looking for a presentable, professional, and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of our luxury hospitality propertiesThe role goes beyond traditional facilities supervision. You will be responsible for the overall guest experience and smooth operation of the property, including guest relations, employee supervision, maintenance coordination, inspections, scheduling, problem solving, and ensuring the property is always maintained to a high luxury standardOur properties cater to high end guests, so professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset are essentialKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for guests during their stayWelcome guests professionally and ensure their needs are handled promptlyHandle guest requests, concerns, and complaints and ensure effective solutionsSupervise and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other operational teamsSchedule employees and assign daily tasks according to operational requirementsMonitor employee performance, attendance, and work qualityCoordinate with the maintenance team during property inspectionsIdentify maintenance, cleanliness, and facility issues before they affect guestsFollow up on preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure timely resolutionConduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is clean, functional, safe, and guest readyCoordinate with contractors and external service providers when requiredResolve operational problems quickly and professionallySupport employees in resolving workplace or operational issuesEnsure the property maintains a consistently high level of presentation and serviceMaintain daily operational and maintenance reportsReport important issues, incidents, and updates to managementEnsure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and operational requirementsTake overall responsibility for the smooth day to day operation of the propertyRequirementsPrevious experience as a Facility Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Hotel Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar roleExperience in 4 star or 5 star hotels, luxury hospitality, resorts, serviced apartments, or high end private propertiesUAE experience is requiredStrong experience supervising employees and technical or maintenance teamsGood understanding of facility and maintenance operationsStrong guest relations and customer service skillsExcellent problem solving and decision making abilitiesStrong communication and leadership skillsGood command of English is requiredArabic is a strong advantageProfessional, presentable, responsible, and confident personalityAbility to remain calm and professional when dealing with demanding guests or unexpected operational issuesAbility to work in a fast paced luxury hospitality environmentWillingness to take ownership and responsibility for the overall operation of the property
