Factory Manager - Joinery - UAE We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager with strong UAE experience in Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing to manage complete factory operations, production, manpower, quality, materials, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily factory and production operations.Plan and monitor production schedules and deadlines.Lead supervisors, carpenters, CNC operators, painters, polishers, and production teams.Manage manpower, materials, machinery, inventory, and production costs.Ensure quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and samples.Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Project, and Site teams.Monitor CNC, carpentry, cutting, assembly, veneer, painting, and finishing processes.Control material wastage, rework, and production delays.Ensure factory safety, productivity, and efficient operations.Requirements10+ years UAE experience in Factory / Production Management.Mandatory Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing experience.Strong knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and production processes.Proven experience managing large factory teams.Strong production planning, quality control, and cost-management skills.Ability to read shop drawings and technical specifications.Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.Immediate joiner preferred.
